She has been quoted by CNN, the New York Times, BusinessWeek and Forbes, as well as numerous regional publications. Her research has been cited by the Financial Times, the Center for Strategic and International Studies and the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IEF), among others. She holds a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a concentration in international economics and a specialization in emerging markets and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
